At The End Of All Things

from Northern Shore by Lo There

/

lyrics

I am not a wolf in sheep's clothing, I'm just a wolf
I take and devour whatever I long for, to start a fire inside of my soul
When I look up into the sky it all seems fleeting. We are striving to be put in the ground
And if only the good die young, then why are we all still here? Why does the sun still shine?
and the flowers still grow? (x4) Flowers still grow.
At the end of the day I'm just a man. At the end of it all I'm just a soul.
But deep down inside, I'm just a wolf.
Winter has frozen all the air in my lungs and I cannot catch my breath. My mind has found it's
rut, caught the words in my mouth and I cannot find my tongue.
So here I stand at the end of all things planted firmly on this northern sand, I look up into the
sky and see the sun is still shining, look at the forest behind me, and the flowers still grow.
